CornHole Rule
Rules for Cornhole promotion events prior to October 21th:  
1. These rules apply to all station cornhole events prior to the finals on October 21th.  Rules for the finalist will be given to the finalist prior to the event.  
 
2.Stations will conduct cornhole promotion at area businesses throughout Abilene.  The locations will be promoted on the radio, the stations Facebook page and the stations website. 
 
3.During the events at the area businesses, we will have cornhole boards set up for people to come throw.  Each person gets up to three throws during each event.   As soon as you don’t land a corn hole in the hole, you’re out.  You can buy back in for a second try, starting over with a new first throw.  Make 3 of them in a row and you win $100.  
 
4.You can try again at another remote for no charge at which point the previous rule will take effect.  
 
5.You must use the Bean Bags we provide for the toss. 
6.The throw will be no less than 27 feet in distance.  If any part of your person or clothing cross over the throwing line, your throw will be counted as a miss.  
 
7.The top 20 people over the course of the promotion will be invited back to participate in the final competition to have a chance to win $10,000.  The rules for the finals will be adjusted prior to the final contest.  Finalist will be given the rules the day of the event.  If there are several people tied to advance to the final competition, their names will be entered into a drawing to determine those who will advance.  
 
8.The date and location of the final cornhole will be announced at least 5 days prior to the event.  
If a finalist does not show up to register at the beginning of the event for the finals. They will be disqualified to continue.  
 
9.As soon as you miss a throw, you are eliminated.  
 
10.In order to win the $10,000, you will need to make 4 throws in a row.  
 
11.If more than one person makes 4 in a row, the prize money will be split among those making the 4 throws in a row.  
 
12. Judges Rules are final
 
13.Winners will be responsible for taxes on the winnings
 
14.Finalist must present ID when competing in the final contest
 
15.Rules for the final competition will be revised before for the final competition
 
16.Contestants are not allowed to have someone else throw for them.  
 
17.Employees and immediate family members of radio stations and sponsors are not eligible to win the $10,000 grand prize.
